Subconsciously in a dream patient sees living/Dead person ,Good/Bad events, instances. That continuous after waking in form of thoughts of similar person, events, instances. Or vice versa. in mind particular issue and subject remains constant which exist with person conscious and subconsciously.i.e in awake state as well as in sleep state as dream.
patient will narrate this in normal way and tone..
When patient speaks and converse in derail way constant about person, events, instance
